Paul has a reputation unsurpassed for getting results, and is continually searching and studying for ways to improve both the service he provides and the results he gets.
This means Paul has great demands placed on his time and it really is impossible for him to accommodate everyone.
In order to protect the quality of his work, Paul has installed the following criteria for those wishing to work with him.
Please understand that these pre-requisites have been put in place to help you achieve your desired results. Paul is incredibly serious and passionate about his work and expects commitment and seriousness from his clients. As a result he will only work with those who are 100% committed and follow these pre-requisites…..
Commit to a minimum of 1 training session with Paul per week for at least 6 weeks Begin an elimination diet, excluding sugar, alcohol, some dairy, wheat and processed foods for 28 days Follow Paul’s recommendations for any lifestyle modifications to accelerate your results Keeping a food and training journal for at least 28 days Maintaining a 100% commitment towards the program and your goals Being punctual for all appointments

Please be aware that these pre-requisites are put in place to help you achieve your goals in as short a time as possible. They are not done to exclude anyone BUT are ‘all or nothing’ requirements. It would be a waste of our and your time, not to mention money, for you to sign up and then not follow it 100%.

Says Paul...."Many years ago, I decided that I wasn’t happy with how I felt and I looked. Years of eating a ‘healthy, balanced’ diet and my then exercise program had left me feeling low on energy and high on aches and pains.
I made the decision to change and set about looking for the information and people who could help me improve.
What I actually found was a million and one diets, training programs and supplements all claiming to be the only way you needed to follow to be healthy and have the body of your dreams!
Like most of you I guess, I tried them all.
Some had no effect, some worked a little for a brief period, and some made me a whole lot worse. I dread to think how much money I spent on supplements only to discover that most of them were worthless. Every trainer in the gym I spoke to had a different opinion on what constituted an effective exercise programme.
I was still none the wiser….
This made me more determined than ever. I started seeking out those who were getting real results. I didn’t just want to be coached by them; I wanted to learn from them! I worked alongside these coaches both here in the UK and over in the USA.
I studied health, nutrition and of course exercise. I saw first hand how these coaches would work with clients and quite literally change their lives. I experimented on myself, my family and my friends.
