STUDIO
Pilates and Yoga classes (please see Studio Timetable for details)

Created by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s, Pilates is a flexible exercise system that will...
- *Increase body tone
- *Improve core stability
- *Improve strength and flexibility
- *Help to manage back pain
- *Aid relaxation
- *Improve posture
- *Improve sports performance
Pilates delivers results for everyone from people who have never exercised before to competitive athletes and professional dancers.
Pilates makes you look and feel great whatever your age, or fitness level.
It is also excellent post injury – a number of our clients are referred from doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, and massage therapists for a range of injuries including back pain and sports injuries.
Starting with a full postural analysis that reviews standing, sitting and walking positions, and taking into account recent health and injury history, a personal programme of one to one sessions is created for you.
The other area we focus on at the Complete Studio is pre and post-natal Pilates. With a focus on core stability and strengthening the pelvic floor, Pilates is a great way to prepare for birth and get back into shape after you have had the baby.
