COMPLETE ASSESSMENT
It’s often been said that if you’re not assessing, you’re guessing!
To be honest, we don’t know of many people who successfully guess their way to their goals.
Here at the Complete Studio, before you start any of our training programs, you are thoroughly assessed in order for us to take the guesswork out of the equation. The Complete Assessment is a thorough process that looks at both your static and dynamic posture, your movement patterns, stability, flexibility, and your fitness and strength levels.
We measure blood pressure, heart rate (resting and exercising), weight, body fat percentage and discuss any health concerns you may have.
Then we delve into the mystery that is nutrition. We look at your current diet and explain how what you eat and drink affects the way you look and feel. We talk about hydration, protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals, and their importance to your health and vitality. Only then can we construct your individual diet and exercise programs.
The Complete Assessment is a pre-requisite of all our training programs and can also take place as an individual product.
COMPLETE COACH
Unique to us here at the Studio, Complete Coach is a monthly training package designed to take the guesswork out of your training and nutritional programmes. Combining the skills of our exceptional coaches with a once a month no contract payment, we have created, we believe, the best gym membership in the UK.
After your Complete Assessment we will construct your training and nutritional programmes for the month based on what we have discovered during that assessment, and what your targets and goals are. The guesswork is completely taken out of the equation so all you have to do is book your training sessions through reception and turn up in gym kit ready to work hard. We even supply you with filtered water and a towel!
There are no limits to how many times you can come into the gym during the month (although we will advise you on the most suitable way to use us to get the results you desire), and every time you come into the gym you will be coached by a member of our renowned coaching team.
So for a single monthly payment you receive all your training, nutritional and recovery programmes, unlimited use of the gym, and most importantly an exceptional coach helping you every step of the way.
Complete Coach is available off-peak (10am – 4pm, Mon to Fri) and peak (all day Monday to Saturday) as both a single and joint package.
COMPLETE ONE TO ONE
We also know at The Complete Studio that some people just prefer to train exclusively with a highly skilled coach.
Our Complete one to one personal training sessions are just that...personal. Your coach will guide you through every aspect of your training session and advise you on recovery and regeneration after training. The better you recover, the harder you’ll be able to train, and the better results you will achieve.
We will also cut through the usually conflicting nutritional advice you find, and give you sound nutritional methods for health, fitness and wellbeing.
Sessions are usually booked in advance as a block, although in some circumstances, can be booked individually.
Please note that due to Paul’s heavy demand and work load he has different criteria when it comes to working with him. Details are available on request.
COMPLETE BESPOKE
Is there a special event, or a once in a lifetime holiday or birthday looming? Do you need guaranteed results quickly?
Then the Complete Bespoke package is just for you!
This is usually a short, highly individual programme designed to give maximum possible results in the shortest time possible.
Like all our programs an assessment here is crucial. We need to be certain you are fit, strong and healthy enough to undergo a short, often severe program.
This could be training in the Gym, training at home, taking you shopping for the best foods possible, or arranging massages for you to recover and relax.
No stone will be left unturned in a bid to truly give you what you want in the allocated time frame.
COMPLETE BUSINESS
Complete coaching is an established local business and as such, is keen to encourage a healthier and fitter local work force.
Our complete business package is designed to do just that.
The monthly fee enables up to 5 people from your company access to our renowned training and nutritional programmes.
After booking a session through our reception you can choose to train individually or as a group.
OLD SKOOL BARBELL CLUB

The Old Skool Barbell Club exists to offer strength and conditioning for those serious about improving their performance, not just their appearance. We specialize in underground training methods, old school power lifting, body building, Olympic lifting methods and strongman training. We do not prefer one over the others. We do what gets results time after time.
We are not your usual gymnasium, for example you will not find glitzy chrome machines to sit on while you look at yourself from all angles in our non-existent mirrors.
What you will find is an extension of us. These methods have evolved as have we. These are not your usual training sessions. There is no watching television whilst on the treadmill. You will be unable to avoid effort and pain. High level performance and sport accepts only the physically strong and powerful, mentally tough and focused, and the emotionally disciplined.
This is not just our business ……It’s our passion.
It’s what drives us every day to help you, our family, improve every time you train with us. We do not accept anyone who is less than 100% dedicated and relentless. Not all those who apply will be accepted. Those few who succeed and join our program can expect to vastly improve their athletic success. They will be stronger, bigger, faster, more powerful and mentally tougher.

PUNCH OFF THE POUNDS
Punch off the pounds is a dynamic, fast paced, boxing based fitness class. It is designed to teach boxing techniques, utilise them with pad and bag work, and combine it with strength and fitness. When put together you do indeed punch off the pounds!!!!
COMPLETE STRENGTH CAMP FOR KIDS
Welcome to the Complete Coaching Strength Camp for kids.

The purpose of this Strength program is to offer an introduction and beyond, to strength and conditioning training and methods to dedicated children.
A word of warning however, these training sessions are not designed to be easy. As a consequence they are not for everyone, but for those truly committed and disciplined the results are outstanding.
Because of this we only accept those who are 100% dedicated.
All applicants must go through a screening process and only a small few usually are accepted.
We want every child to leave a training session knowing that what they did that day helped them get one step closer to being in the best shape possible to maximise their athleticism.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY ON ALL APPOINTMENTS AND TRAINING SESSIONS MADE AT THE COMPLETE STUDIO.
