A business where exceptional coaches, teachers, and therapists wrote individual targeted exercise and rehabilitation programs, NOT generic one size fits all ‘fat-loss’ programs. A business where all facets of health, fitness, and wellness were considered and improved, NOT quick temporary fixes so you can look good on the beach four weeks from now.
